Love and Peace in Trying Times

My heart expands to those of you in all corners of the globe. We are intertwined in this unprecedented universal health crisis. We are presented with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to think compassionately and act nobly, buoyed up by our courage of our commitment to play our part and do our best.

I’m deeply grateful for the recent outpouring of love and caring you have so generously demonstrated to me. Your positive attitude makes a big difference. As Winston Churchill taught us in World War II: “But for everyone, surely, what we have gone through in this period ... this is the lesson: never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never in nothing, great or small, large or petty—never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense.”

You are all close to me in spirit energy. We’ve been given this gift of time, to spend more time alone at home. Light a candle. Place a rose, tulip or daffodil in a bud vase on your desk. Pause. Embrace the stillness as you feel greater grace. I am safe, healthy and living a good life, one breath at a time. High above, the sky is blue, even if some clouds appear from time to time.

Now is our time to rise up and let the light from our souls shine brilliantly in an aura of hope, peace, love and trust.
